Your Wellbeing Chair

As a coach and mentor I know I need a coach for my own mental health and wellbeing, as right now in this world I think we all need to understand and manage our wellbeing 'chair'. Speaking to a coach I now better understand that there are three legs to my wellbeing chair missing right now. Two of those legs are within my control to do something about right now and one isn't. Through coaching I now also know that I need to explore and talk about the weight that is being put on my chair and how I can put in place strategies to manage that. Finding a coach that can guide you through that and help you understand your needs is so important for anyone's mental health. #mentalhealthawareness
