A great day and evening in Dublin engaging with Google staff on meeting the moments of change and transition as part of my role with the resilience@google speakers bureau. It was a welcomed opportunity to meet the team and explore together how to understand and manage potential change in the year ahead and what it means for them as individuals and how best to support one another through change as a team. Drawing upon the experiences gained supporting athletes through change and transition in, through and beyond elite sport.
