Ready to create performance that lasts?
Are you a leader who knows how to create performance that lasts, for you and your team? This 5 minute check in helps you see where your energy, identity and purpose are working for you and where you can grow, so you can unlock your potential without losing who you are.
Why take it? After 20+ years working with everyone from Great Britain Olympic and Paralympic athletes at the UK Sports Institute to Google's Vice Presidents, I have seen that the performers who last are the ones who understand who they are. This check in brings that elite sport thinking to leaders and managers, so you can see where your performance is working and where it is under pressure, and take action through coaching.
How it works: score the friction you experience around each statement, from 0 to 5, based on the last 30 days, not how you wish things were. 0 is Zero Friction, working well and sustainably. 5 is High Friction, an area impacting you now. There are no wrong answers, only honest ones.
There is no judgement here. This is not an assessment. It is a snapshot of where you are right now, to show your strengths and where coaching will help you.
Your wheel builds as you score the 20 indicators. Answers save in this browser, so you can finish later on the same device.

Your Human Performance Wheel
Rather than reducing your results to a single score, this wheel plots them. The further a segment reaches toward the outer edge, the more friction you experience there. The centre of the wheel is 0 (Zero Friction) and the outer ring is 5 (High Friction). Hover over, or tap, any segment to see the question behind it. Once you have rated all 20, this is a chance to step back and acknowledge yourself. Notice what you see in your wheel.
Your Quick Report

Reflective Notes
Use this space to capture anything your wheel and quick report are telling you, in your own words. There's no set question, just note down whatever stands out, and notice what it tells you about yourself and the people around you.
