About Win Well
At WinWell, we believe performance is only ever truly sustainable when the person behind it is being supported and developed holistically. Our backgrounds sit at the sharp end of high performance, with over 20 years developing the people behind Great Britain's Olympic and Paralympic athletes, England's national teams, and leading global businesses, and that experience shapes everything we do. We work with people first, because developing the person is what sustains the performer, and we do that through programmes, coaching, training, mentoring, public speaking and consultancy tailored to each person, culture or organisation we work with. Whatever the environment, our aim stays the same: to help people and teams perform at their best, for longer, while genuinely striving to help people thrive in the process.
Meet Dawn Sanders
Dawn has spent over twenty years leading the lifestyle, wellbeing, career development and transition support for Great Britain's Olympic and Paralympic athletes, and created the first ever national Futures strategy for the UK Sports Institute to help elite athletes navigate life beyond sport. She has trained, managed and mentored staff across a range of high-performance sports. She has also worked as Performance Lifestyle Coordinator for the England Women's Football teams at the FA, where she helped develop their player lifestyle framework.
She has been a Google Resilience and Wellbeing expert, coaching VPs and delivering workshops across their Global People team, and alongside Jo has led player care recruitment for the ATP Men's Tennis Tour. A trained Executive Coach and Mentor, Mental Health First Aider, public speaker and podcast host, she also draws on her own background as a retired national champion for Saracens and former England women's rugby player.
Meet Jo Harrison
Jo has spent over 20 years working across British high-performance sport, spending nearly a decade with British Cycling providing Performance Lifestyle support throughout its Olympic and Paralympic pathway. During her career she also worked as part of TeamGB supporting athletes, their friends and family and staff during the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Games. Since 2013, she has strategically and operationally led the Performance Lifestyle discipline and team at the UK Sports Institute, building consistent professional delivery and practice framework standards and recruiting, developing and leading teams of practitioners. In this role, she has secured and managed significant investment, and championed caring for the person behind the performer.
An experienced coach, mentor and consultant, Jo has worked with senior leaders, practitioners, athletes and organisations to help them lead, manage and develop people and create environments where individuals can perform at their best. She brings extensive experience and authentic leadership with a practical human approach and a genuine belief that high performance and wellbeing go hand in hand.
Jo is currently spending some of her time working in support of Great Britain’s tennis players and programmes at the Lawn Tennis Association.
