Service Description

At WinWell, we understand the unique pressures line managers face in today’s workplace — balancing performance demands with growing responsibilities around staff wellbeing. Many managers want to help but lack the confidence, language, or tools to support their teams effectively. This course bridges that gap. Drawing on WinWell’s experience in elite sport and high-pressure environments, this practical training equips managers with the skills to: - Use coaching approaches to hold effective, compassionate conversations - Foster psychological safety and build trust within teams - Identify early signs of stress and burnout - Co-create realistic, proactive wellbeing plans - Set clear boundaries around support, confidentiality, and referral - Help people understand their strengths, values and people who support them to equip them to deal with pressure How: 1) Individual discovery call to understand you and your goals from this course 2) Structured over six, an hour and a half sessions every two weeks 3) Join a supportive group who want to learn from each other 4) The course combines evidence-based content, real-life tools, elite athlete stories of well-being and performance and guided practice to develop confident, skilled, and empathetic leaders. 5) Participants will leave with practical frameworks, coaching skills, ready-to-use resources and peer support to enhance well-being and performance in their teams. This programme is ideal for individuals and organisations looking to embed a culture of proactive well-being and compassionate leadership to win well.
